MLO Resources

The Minion Liason Officer is a position created to aid with the improvement of morale within a department and to foster improved communication between teams, members and management. MLO Resources exists to aid with this endeavour, bringing these goals to a new, higher level.

MLO Resources is a division of the Entertainment Department that is focussed inward rather than outward, not providing any form of Entertainment for the general Outpost 10F membership, but instead aimed at the Entertainment Department solely. In this sense the division is intended to improve standards and morale within the department, and to heighten the level of communication. One of the ways it achieves this is through the publication of a Departmental Newsletter; The ENTerCom.

The ENTerCom is published monthly, overseen by the MLO, and worked on by the division members. Information regarding projects and teams are included in this publication, along with articles from Entertainment's leadership, articles of an entertaining nature, and fun & games.
