Year 5

In October 2001, after the purchase of the web server, the membership started taking a more direct role in the development of the site. The Leadership got together and assembled plans for the next 3 years. This was slated as The Vision Plan -- it included a project audit and techincal ideas for the relaunch of OTF with the new tools that became available due to the purchase of the server.

On the 15th July 2002, after dedication and serious hard work from the membership and leadership, Version 2.0 was released. It contained major technical updates. It also included the new (and current) OTF Insignia.
